Three big cookies, sealed for freshness
Our founder, Autumn is proud of her Northwest salmon-smoking roots and decided to design and build a cold smoker fit for smoking chocolate chips. Coupled with her childhood career as a Girl Scout and avid camper, the use for the smoked chocolate chips became clear: the S’mores Cookie— gooey-sweet marshmallow and buttery graham cookie meet smoky, ever-so-slightly -salty dark chocolate for a deliciously grown-up take on s’mores.
Serving Suggestions:
Not that you need us to tell you what to do with cookies, but here are a few ideas: Eat them by themselves! Heat them in a warm oven for a few minutes or eat them right from the package! Make ice cream sandwiches or crumble them in to a milkshake!
Storage:
Eat the cookies within a day or two of receiving them. You can also store them in your freezer for one month if you wrap them really well.
