Finally a chocolate espresso bean made from organic chocolate and high quality, locally roasted espresso beans. We use Blue Star Coffee, hailing from the Methow Valley who just won Best Espresso in the West Coast by the esteemed Coffee Fest. We do not use any food lacquers or coatings on the outside of our chocolate covered confections instead we finish them off, we roll them in dark cocoa powder.
