Hot Cakes’ milkshakes, boozy and otherwise, are getting their very own book. In April, St. Martin’s Press will release Autumn Martin’s first book Malts and Milkshakes: 60 Recipes for Frosty, Creamy, Frozen Treats. In celebration of the book, Martin will be sharing some of her favorite recipes in a six-week series of Saturday classes. 

The hour-long classes will be $40 to attend, and include a signed copy of the book and a jar of Hot Cakes’ signature smoked chocolate chips. Martin will demo three of her favorite shakes as well as ganache and caramel sauce during the class. Classes begin at 4 pm and are limited to ten participants.
