Our baby is turning one!  We opened our doors last May — and it’s been an incredible first year filled with new friends, tons of molten cakes, boozy shakes, smoked chocolate chips, and lots and lots of salty caramel sauce.

Autumn and the whole Hot Cakes crew will be throwing a first birthday party on Saturday, May 25.  The molten chocolate cakes—where it all began way back in ’08—will be half-price, shakes will be $5, and we will be whipping up a special boozy birthday cake shake for $6.

The shop’s open from 11 am to 11 pm and the festivities start the moment the doors open.  Aside from the birthday specials, there’s sure to be other tasty tidbits throughout the day.  Drop by and wish Hot Cakes a happy birthday!
